Ethem is a Principal at Laton Ventures and has a diverse background in management consulting and investments. Before joining Laton, Ethem served as an external consultant to Boston Consulting Group, GMP Capital and a few more blue-chip companies. Previously, Ethem held various positions at Value Partners Management Consulting, ZK Investment, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Eczacıbaşı Holding. Ethem also co-founded Oreka, an impact startup committed to reducing food waste. Ethem brings extensive experience in strategy development and investment management.

Ethem received a BA degree in Financial Economics with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
